DTZ, now Cushman & Wakefield, instructed Maleon to deliver a highly sustainable and energy efficient CAT B fit out of their London Headquarters in the old Stock Exchange Building. This exciting project in one of the city’s trophy buildings required a full fit-out from shell to core to provide M&E services for a new commercial kitchen, dining area, meeting rooms and a large auditorium.
