Cardinal Place, SW1 - Shower Refurbishment
The refitting and extension of two sets of male and female toilets/shower block (80 Victoria Street & 16 Palace Street) within the Cardinal Place complex. This included extending out into the basement car park, new hot water production added ventilation and HWS & CWDS services.
5 New Street Square, EC4 –7th Floor Fit Out
After a tenant left the floor Maleon returned the space to CAT A. This included stripping our redundant plant, reconfiguring the fan coil units grilles and ductwork to suit the open-plan office floor plate. A new low energy lighting installation was provided by a lighting design specialist who was part of the GIA project manager.
4, 5 & 6 New Street Square, EC4 – BMS Upgrade
Maleon project managed the replacement of existing BMS in New Street Square.

Refurbishing two reception areas which serve Cardinal Place and include a new lighting design, air conditioning, small power and data, turnstiles and services to a new café area.
Dashwood House – Engineering Review
Maleon undertook a technical review of the MEP services within Dashwood House as Land Securities wanted to improve the operational capabilities of the building.
Thomas More Square – PMS Upgrade
Maleon investigated and designed the new Power Management System for the entire Thomas More site.
